You fell in love when you saw your house. It's why you bought it. To make it easy for the next owner of the house to fall in love with your house like you did, digital floor plans are created with linked hotspots to take you to a 360º photograph of that location in the house. Interactive digital floor plans are another way I showcase the design and specs of your house in a more interesting and engaging form to create for potential buyers the needed emotional connection with your house.

The Digital Open House isn't just about buyers being inside the house, it's about them discovering the street they will be living one after their purchase. The neighborhood sells the house as much as any other feature. I make it just as easy for potential buyers to fall in love with your street as I do for your house.
Part of potential buyers knowing whether you can afford your house or not is having access to all the tax and if in a strata, strata documents so they can see exactly what their costs will be as the homeowner.
Correct pricing is all about the stats. I do a complete in depth market analysis so that together we can price your house correctly and get it sold as quickly as possible. I also include the CMA on the website so that potential buyers can see how and why we priced the house as we did so they see the same things you did when you priced it. It makes for better negotiations on the final selling price.
